## How to Apply: The No-Heat Method
Elevate your production with a process that takes seconds. Our UV DTF wraps are designed for high-quality 16oz glass cans and require **zero heat**—just your hands and a little hustle.
### **1. Prep Your Surface**
For the best bond, start with a clean slate. Wipe your 16oz glass can with **70% isopropyl alcohol** to remove any oils, fingerprints, or dust. Let it air dry completely.
### **2. Measure & Align**
Before you peel anything, wrap the design around your glass to find your placement.
> **Pro-Tip:** If you’re working with a 360° wrap, ensure your starting edge is straight to avoid a slanted seam.

### **3. Peel the Backing**
Slowly peel the **clear carrier sheet** away from the white paper backing. The design should remain stuck to the clear film.
### **4. Apply & Burnish**
Starting from one side, press the design onto the glass. Use a squeegee, a credit card, or your thumb to apply **firm pressure** across the entire design. Work from the center outward to push out any air bubbles.
### **5. The Reveal**
Slowly peel back the clear carrier sheet at a sharp angle. If any part of the design lifts, lay the film back down, rub it firmly again, and continue peeling.
### **6. Final Set**
Once the film is off, give the design one last firm press with your fingers to ensure all edges are sealed. Your cup is now ready for the "social butterfly" life!
